First Name

Your first name must match your high school/college records. Only 35 characters are accepted, including blanks.

Middle Initial

Your middle initial must match the middle initial on your high school/college records.

Student's Last Name

Your last name is the name you used in high school and on your college admissions application. If you used a different name on your admissions application than what was used in high school, you should contact your college/university. If you have two last names, include a space between the two names. If your last name is longer than 35 characters, your name may be automatically shortened. If you include a suffix, like Jr. or III include a space between your last name and the suffix.
